1. Overview

We aim to deliver fresh and quality groceries to every customer. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help and resolve it fairly.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of grocery items, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or spoiled items
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in the order

Perishable items cannot be returned once accepted, unless there is a quality issue at the time of delivery.


3. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with order details and clear images (if required).


4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method or wallet (if applicable)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged or spoiled)
  • Opened or used grocery items
  • Items without original packaging

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
